Merry Christmas!!

It's finally over. Every year it seems to take forever for Christmas to come and then when it comes, it goes by so fast. We actually had a white Christmas this year. Nice because it's pretty but not nice because I don't care for snow. If you read my earlier posting I'm sure you're aware of that. lol I was so worried that I wouldn't see my family this Christmas. They live 30 miles away and I can't drive in the snow. Luckily, my sister Kim can drive in the snow so she drove up and picked me and Camryn up. She came on tues and we stayed at my mom's house until thurs afternoon. It was so nice spending a few days with them. Levi worked Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so he wasn't home during the day.

While Camryn and I were down in Kirland, I saw a movie, which is a big deal to me. I haven't seen a movie in the theater since summer '07. Camryn played in the snow with Kim, and my mom got lots of time to play with Camryn. I was very happy that Camryn was able to sleep through the night. She's not used to sleeping at other people's houses. We opened Christmas presents in the morning and then at 2:00 Kim drove us home. That evening we had plans to go over to Levi's mom's house for dinner. Ron came and picked us up at 5:30 and Levi met us there after he got off of work. We had a nice dinner then opened presents.

When we arrived home from Denise's, we opened presents at home. Camryn definitely could open presents all day. The next day, Bob, Kristi, Jeremy and Megan came over to open presents and hang out. It was very nice to see them. The stayed as long as they could but it started snowing while they were here and Levi had to work that night.

Camryn got soooo many toys. She will have something to play with for a long time. I really appreciate everyone for being so generous. I got some very nice things as well. I got some Coach shoes, a hair straightner, new pj pants, 2 new shirts and some of my favorite perfume. Levi got some new golf clubs, a couple dvds, a seahawk jacket, jeans and a coffee mug.

Not a fan of snow!!

I have always disliked snow. I understand that it's pretty but it's cold and you can't drive anywhere. I have a feeling that this year snow will ruin my Christmas. Everyone says they would love a white Christmas but if it keeps snowing then I won't be able to drive to see my family. That will be very upsetting. I have had a cold for the past few days so I haven't been outside. I decided today to step outside for a moment and take some pictures. Poor Camryn hasn't been able to play in the snow. I completely forgot that Denise had given Camryn a snow suit about 6 months ago. I just hung it up in her closet and forgot about it. Maybe later on today I'll try it on her and take her out for a little bit. I know she would love to go outside. I am just praying it doesn't snow much more. Levi didn't work all weekend and I don't want him to miss anymore work. Unless the snow is willing to pay our bills. lol

We finally know!!!

It was only 5 months of waiting but it felt longer. We have finally found out if we're having a girl or a boy. I think both Levi and I were surprised to find out that we are having a GIRL. :) I am thrilled. I think it's great that Camryn will have a sister. I was a little worried about having a boy. I am just not used to boys and I was worried they are too rowdy for me. I feel a little bad for Levi. He was so hoping for a son. Now he's stuck with a house full of girls. lol We have decided to name her Jordyn Lucille Jones. Now I am curious of what she will look like. If she will have brown eyes like Levi and Camryn or blue eyes like me. Still got about 4 months to go. Lately she's been moving around a lot. Nice to feel but sometimes catches me off guard.

Happy Halloween!!

It's finally here. Halloween. I am super excited this year because the last 2 years i haven't done anything. Camryn was too young to go out. Now that she's 2, it is time for her first Halloween experience. :) I got her a pink fairy costume(not quite sure how she would react to wearing a costume). Camryn and I drove down to my mom's house to spend the day with her. Luckily, she had the day off of work. At 6, we got Camryn in her costume. She resisted at the beginning but I was going to get her in that costume. lol She did great. She even kept the headband on. That was a surprise. We first went to the old neighborhood, where I grew up, to see our friends. They haven't seen Camryn in over a year. They were all surprised but very happy to see us. :) The first house we went to was the McGowans. People i've known since elementary school. When Tom opened the door, Camryn walked right in their house and went into the livingroom. lol She didn't have the hang of trick or treating yet. She caught on at the next house and towards the end she was ready to go to the next house as soon as she got her candy. We met up with Kim and Pedro after he got off of work and went Trick or Treating around my mom's neighborhood. Camryn's bag got extrememly full and heavy, but she wouldn't let me hold it for her. She was very protective over her candy. It was a great day!

Been a while

Wow it's been almost 3 months since i've added to my blog. Sorry everyone. Where has the time gone? Well let me update you on what has happened in the last 3 months. Camryn turned 2! We had a fun birthday party with all her friends at our house. In Oct, I turned 28. Yikes! Getting closer and closer to 30. Kim and Pedro renewed their vows. It was a very nice wedding. I am now 5 months prego. We find out what we're having on Nov 11th. I am very excited. That's about the time where it feels real. Right now it just feels like i'm getting fat and i am tired most of the time. Please keep tuning in. There is definitely more to come about Camryn and the new baby. :)

Stuffed animals

Camryn has a lot of stuffed animals. Today she took them all out and layed on them. She looked very comfy and cute so i took some pictures.

Cheese!!

Today after Camryn and I were playing in the pool i wanted to take her picture with the towel around her. I said Camryn so she would look at me and all of a sudden she had this huge smile on her face and said cheese. What? I was so surprised. How did she learn to say cheese when someone takes your picture? It was so funny. I got some great pics. She kept getting a little bit closer with every picture i took.
